A workspace with history and horizon
Canberra Office sits on Level 9 of 161 London Circuit — a heritage-listed building in the heart of the CBD. Where Canberra's past meets your future work.
The Space
Level 9 offers panoramic views over the Parliamentary Triangle, Lake Burley Griffin, Mt Ainslie, and the Brindabellas. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light all day long.
The fit-out blends professional function with considered design. Open-plan hot desking areas flow into quiet focus zones. Meeting rooms seat four to twelve. A full kitchen keeps the coffee flowing. And the event space hosts up to 50 for after-work networking, workshops, or community meetups.
Whether you need a desk for the day or a permanent office for your team, the space adapts to how you work — not the other way around.
The Building
161 London Circuit is one of Canberra's heritage-listed landmarks. Built as part of the original civic centre plan, the building has served the city for decades — from government offices to professional chambers.
Here's a piece of trivia: Level 9 used to be the roof. The upper floors were added in a later expansion, giving the building its current form while preserving the original façade and character that makes it a recognised part of Canberra's architectural story.
Today, the building sits at the intersection of London Circuit and Northbourne Avenue — steps from the light rail, bus interchange, and the café strip. It's as central as Canberra gets.
