There’s a new workspace opening in the heart of Canberra CBD, and we think it’s something special.
The Space
Canberra Office occupies Level 9 of 161 London Circuit — one of the city’s heritage-listed landmarks. The space offers panoramic views over the Parliamentary Triangle, Lake Burley Griffin, Mt Ainslie, and the Brindabellas. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light all day.
We’ve designed the fit-out to be genuinely useful: open-plan hot desking for flexibility, quiet focus zones for deep work, meeting rooms for collaboration, a proper kitchen (yes, good coffee), and an event space for up to 50 people.
Who It’s For
Whether you’re a solo freelancer, a startup team, a consultant, or a remote worker who’s tired of the kitchen table — there’s a plan for you. Hot desks start from $350 per month, dedicated desks from $550, and private offices from $700. All prices inc. GST.
No lock-in contracts on desks. No hidden fees. Every plan includes WiFi, kitchen access, end-of-trip facilities, and mail handling.
The Building
161 London Circuit has been part of Canberra’s civic life for decades. Fun fact: Level 9 used to be the roof — the upper floors were added in a later expansion. The building sits steps from the light rail, bus interchange, and the café strip along London Circuit.
What’s Next
We’re currently fitting out the space and taking early expressions of interest. If you’d like to be among the first to see it, book a tour and we’ll show you around.
We’ll be sharing updates here on the blog — from fit-out progress to events, coworking tips, and stories from the Canberra professional community. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Welcome to Canberra Office. The view’s waiting.
